English trailer for "WOMAN ARE HEROES" by JR presented in the Directors Fortnight competition in the Cannes international film festival. Music by Jean-Gabriel Becker of Sounds & Sons, Patrice and Massive Attack.

The Mission is a short film, masterfully written and directed by long-time collaborator Tom Haines. The film is set in modern days California and follows the teenage daughter of a family in a precarious housing situation in her struggle to fit in. It was a real pleasure to work closely with Tom to create the score for such an endearing story, and alongside Hayden Thorpe of Wild Beasts who composed the great main piano theme.

We worked on the sound design and sound mix of this great project telling the story of a man who opens a boxing gym in the favelas of Rio De Janeiro. The The film was masterfully directed by Ben Holman.
